- Step 2: Our tech arrives, diagnoses your appliance's issue and gives you an estimate to fix your appliance (parts & labor).
- Step 3: If you accept the estimate, the $119 Service Call fee goes toward the overall cost of the job (parts and labor). If you decide not to move forward with the repair, the $119 is still due and goes toward our time and travel to diagnose your appliance's issue.
